Once you place your order, please note that all sales are final.
We use a print-on-demand company, which means we keep no inventory with us. All orders are made at the time of purchase especially for you.
- We do not accept refunds for anything other than a damaged item, or an incorrect order.
- If you have an issue with sizing, please contact us to initiate an exchange.
- Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
- Sizing and color issues do not qualify for a refund.
Speaking of color, even though our goal is to represent the accurate color, due to the the differences of various display monitors, and fabric color varients, the color you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as the absolute gospel in fabric color. When placing your order, you are acknowledging this fact and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to color.

No show appointments/late cancellations
Your diagnostic fee will need to be collected in advance to confirm your appointment. If for any reason you need to reschedule, please give us 24 hours notice. In the unlikely event that you or your rig are not at the appointed place/time, no refund will be given. We book our services in advance and do our best to take care of you and honor your time as we expect in return. We look forward to getting you rolling again soon.
